Spirit Beast sells personalized digital artwork: a one-of-one guardian beast image generated from the birth date and name you provide, delivered by email within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Because every piece is created to your individual specifications, it is a customized digital good.
Because the artwork is personalized and rendering begins immediately after payment, all sales are final — except in the cases below, where a full refund or a free re-render is available.
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of payment with your order number (from your confirmation email). We reply within 1 business day and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you prefer, any eligible issue above can instead be resolved as a free re-render of your guardian artwork — your edition number and provenance card stay the same.
By ordering, you explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies once delivery of the personalized digital content begins (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). The statutory rights described in Section 3 remain fully available to you.
Some checkouts on this site are operated by our Merchant of Record, who acts as the seller for those transactions and handles payment, applicable VAT/GST/sales tax, and refunds for those orders. Refund requests for such orders follow the same rules above and are processed through the original payment channel.
