Refund Policy

1. What You Are Buying

Spirit Beast sells personalized digital artwork: a one-of-one guardian beast image generated from the birth date and name you provide, delivered by email within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Because every piece is created to your individual specifications, it is a customized digital good.

2. Final Sale, With Clear Exceptions

Because the artwork is personalized and rendering begins immediately after payment, all sales are final — except in the cases below, where a full refund or a free re-render is available.

3. You Are Eligible for a Full Refund If

Your artwork has not arrived within 48 hours of confirmed payment;
The delivered file is corrupted, incomplete, or technically unusable;
The delivered artwork is materially different from the product described on this website;
You were charged more than once for the same order.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of payment with your order number (from your confirmation email). We reply within 1 business day and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Free Re-Render

If you prefer, any eligible issue above can instead be resolved as a free re-render of your guardian artwork — your edition number and provenance card stay the same.

5. Custom Printed Items (Physical Products)

When you add a printed item (T-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie, or hat) to your order, your guardian beast is printed on demand, specifically for you. Because each printed item is personalized and made to order:

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons other than a quality defect — this includes change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color chosen at checkout.
You are fully covered for quality defects: misprint, incorrect artwork, or damage in transit. In these cases we will reprint and reship the item, or refund it, at no cost to you.
To report a quality issue, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect. We reply within 1 business day.

Please double-check size, color, and shipping address before ordering. Size charts are shown on the order page. Production time, delivery windows, tracking, customs and lost-parcel handling are set out in our Shipping Policy. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we reprint and reship a replacement at our cost or issue a full refund to you — your choice.

6. EU / UK Consumers

Digital artwork. By ordering, you explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies once delivery of the personalized digital content begins (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). The statutory rights described in Section 3 remain fully available to you.

Custom-printed items. Each printed item is manufactured to your individual specifications — your own one-of-one guardian beast, in your chosen size and colour — and production begins immediately after payment. You explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to custom-made goods (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), and that this right is lost once production has begun. Your rights in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit remain fully available to you and are honoured as set out in Section 5 above.

7. Payments Through Our Merchant of Record

Some checkouts on this site are operated by our Merchant of Record, who acts as the seller for those transactions and handles payment, applicable VAT/GST/sales tax, and refunds for those orders. Refund requests for such orders follow the same rules above and are processed through the original payment channel.
