Shipping Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

1. What This Covers

This policy applies to the custom-printed physical items offered on our Commission page — T-shirts, crewneck sweatshirts, hoodies and hats — each printed with your one-of-one guardian beast artwork.

The digital edition of your guardian artwork is not shipped. It is emailed to you within 24 hours of confirmed payment, together with your Certificate of Provenance and your limited-edition number. If your order contains a digital edition only, nothing is mailed and this policy does not apply to it.

2. Production Time

Every printed item is made to order for you. We do not hold stock of finished items, because your guardian beast exists only once.

Stage Time
Printing & finishing your item1–3 business days
Handling & packing1–2 business days
International transit (US line)7–15 business days
International transit (Europe / other lines)10–20 business days

Total estimate: 10–20 business days from the moment your payment is confirmed to the day your parcel is delivered. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the dispatch country.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. Your order status on the Order Tracker is updated at every stage, including the moment it ships.

3. Shipping Costs

Worldwide shipping is included in the price of every printed item. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout, and no minimum order. The stated price of each item is the final price you pay, including delivery.

Orders ship from our print partner in China by international express courier. Parcels are tracked end to end, and we send you the tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed over.

Duties paid up front. We ship on a duty-paid service, which means the customs duty and any handling fee are settled by us at the point of dispatch. There is nothing for you to pay the courier on delivery — no surprise invoice, no queue at the door, and nothing to refuse. If a parcel is ever assessed for an amount we did not expect, we cover it.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our printed prices are exclusive of any import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees charged by your country's customs authorities. These are set by your government, not by us, and the buyer is responsible for them. We cannot estimate or pre-pay these charges on your behalf.

Please read this before you order — import charges are now common, not the exception. Customs rules for low-value parcels changed substantially in 2025–2026:

  • European Union — since 1 July 2026, every parcel worth €150 or less entering the EU is charged a flat €3 customs duty for each distinct product type it contains, in addition to VAT and regardless of whether the seller uses the IOSS VAT scheme. A single T-shirt is one product type, so €3 applies. A parcel containing a T-shirt and a cap is two product types, so €6 applies. Two identical T-shirts of the same product type count as one, so €3 applies. From 1 November 2026 a separate EU customs handling fee of €2 per item also applies, on top of the duty and VAT, and unlike the duty it is charged even when a parcel is worth more than €150. In practice a parcel going to the EU can therefore carry €5 or more in customs charges. We pay that for you as well — the prices you see already take our costs into account, and there is nothing to pay the courier on delivery.
  • United States — since 29 August 2025, the duty-free de minimis exemption for shipments valued at $800 or less has been suspended for all countries, so every parcel now attracts applicable duties and fees. For a cotton knit T-shirt shipped from China this can total around 36% of the item value (16.5% standard tariff plus additional Section 301 and forced-labour surcharges). We pay that charge for you — you are not billed for it on delivery.
  • United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other destinations — most still allow low-value parcels in without duty, but this can change and some postcodes are treated differently. Check your local rules if you want certainty.

How this works with us. We ship on a duty-paid service, so these charges are settled by us before your parcel leaves and you are not asked to pay anything on delivery. If a parcel is ever assessed for an amount we did not expect, we absorb it — you never receive a bill from the courier, and you are never put in the position of refusing a parcel you have already paid for.

Tip to keep it simple: customs in the EU is charged per declared product line, so ordering several items of the same type in one parcel costs no more in duty than ordering one — we declare them together on purpose. Ordering your digital edition together with a printed item adds a second product line, which simply means a little more duty for us to settle, never a charge for you.

We declare every parcel honestly as a printed garment with the correct item description and value, and we use the carrier's standard electronic data submission so the correct duties are assessed. We will never mark a parcel as a gift or understate its value to bypass customs rules — doing so is unlawful and would void any insurance claim.

5. Delivery Addresses

  • Enter a complete, deliverable postal address — street, city, state/province, postal code and country. Include a phone number where your carrier requires one for delivery.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you enter. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable because of an incomplete or incorrect address cannot be refunded, and we may re-dispatch them at a second shipping charge where the carrier allows it.
  • International parcels sometimes pass through local customs handling, which can add a delay of a few days beyond the transit estimate above. This is outside our control and does not affect your entitlement to a refund or replacement if the parcel is confirmed lost.
  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. After the parcel has been handed to the carrier, the address cannot be changed, though we will always try to help.

6. If Your Parcel Is Late or Lost

International lines occasionally run longer than the estimate. If the tracking record has not updated for more than 7 business days and the parcel has not arrived, contact us with your order ID and we will:

  • contact the carrier and open a trace on your behalf;
  • where the parcel is confirmed lost, re-print and re-ship a replacement at our cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice;
  • where the parcel is merely delayed, we will keep monitoring at no charge until it arrives.

7. Damage in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, bent, stained, or with a printing defect, photograph it and email us within 14 days of delivery. We will reprint and reship, or refund you in full — see the Refund Policy. Please keep the original item and its packaging until the issue is resolved.

8. Returns of Custom-Made Items

Because each printed item is personalized to your own guardian beast and made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size or wrong colour chosen at checkout. Full details are in the Refund Policy, and the size charts are shown on the order page before you buy.

9. Contact

Shipping questions: [email protected] — please include your order ID and the email used at checkout, and we will reply within one business day.
